Private Parties

The Management and Staff of the Huron River Hunting and Fishing Club feel that the experience you have with us should be “special”. We begin by assuring you the freshest food and best service available. We will serve you in an environment of comfort and friendly atmosphere, and we are continually committed to keeping those goals.

Special does not have to be expensive.  This is your Club.  As a Member of the Huron River Hunting & Fishing Club we want your event  to be memorable.  Our General Manager is an expert in the field of private parties.  Bring your ideas and a budget and we will provide the best atmosphere, food, drink and service that will make your guests feel like royalty.

Room Availability

As a Member of the Huron River Hunting & Fishing Club you are entitled to host your next event at the Club with no additional charge for the use of the Fireside Room, Hunt Room, Board Room or Grotto.  Our General Manager will work with your plans to provide the best space for your private party or business meeting.

  • Hunt Room: Only the Moose/Fireplace side of the dining room is available for use during the year except on Friday evenings. It requires a minimum of (20) twenty people to close this half and make it private. The maximum this half can accommodate is (50) fifty people. During December, the entire Hunt Room is available for your use except for Friday and Saturday evenings.
  • Fireside Room: This room can be opened exclusively on a Sunday or Monday for a private function and it requires a minimum of $6,000 in food and beverage volume. On Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday this room can be reserved for groups of a minimum 50 and maximum 150 persons. Groups of thirty or less are welcome to reserve the area in front of the fireplace for a dinner gathering so long as they realize it won’t be private and they respect the other members and their guests dining in the room.
  • Board Room: This room can accommodate two to twenty people and may be used for a meeting or intimate private dinner for a special occasion.
  • Luncheons: The Club can be opened up for luncheons Tuesday through Saturday with a $3,000.00 minimum in food and beverage purchases on days we are not normally open for lunches. If the Club is serving lunch, we will be happy to make arrangements for your private group in either the Board Room or the Fireside Room. All guests must vacate the Club by 3:00 p.m. to allow time to reset for dinner service.
