Tilapia Tosca

Twin Filets of Tilapia dipped in a light Italian egg batter and sautéed to a golden brown. Topped with a lemon butter sauce and fresh zest of lemon. Served with angel hair pasta and vegetable du jour.


Cedar Planked Ruby Red Trout

Trout filet oven roasted on a cedar plank and brushed with a fresh thyme and lemon butter. Served with steamed redskin potatoes and vegetables.


Veal Parmigiano

Tender Provimi veal coated with Italian breadcrumbs. Sautéed and laced with fresh tomato and basil sauce, and then topped with melted mozzarella and parmesan cheeses. Served with linguine and vegetables.
